When you workout physically, your body requires more
nourishment for the repair and rebuilding of your cells. Likewise, when you put your brain

An adult brain weighs only about two and three quarter pounds and is about the size of a
softball, yet it consumes up to 25% of the blood's oxygen to supply the energy it needs to
do its tasks. At any given time, 20% of the circulating blood is in the brain.
We can build two new brain cells a second, but we can also tear down three brain cells a
second. It doesn't take a brain scientist to figure out this deficit means trouble.

Headaches, slow thinking, forgetfulness and fading memory are often experienced when the

Slanting should be done daily and especially after a major mental workout. The best time
to slant is during the middle of the day and just before going to bed at night. Ten to
fifteen minutes is all you need. You'll feel and enjoy the renewed energy during midday
and a restful night's sleep. If you treat your brain better it will treat you better.
